Please put your character reservations here by adding a reply to this topic. For the first 30 days that this game is active, these reservations will also count as applications--the character is yours! You can then worry about putting together an application profile for the character later on.
For now, the maximum amount of full-time (PC) characters a player can reserve for themselves is 3. This number will be expanded later on after the first crop of people to find this place have had a chance to get a crack at at least one of their favorites.
You can also reserve/claim any number of NPCs that you like, but if another person wishes to claim one of your NPCs as one of their PCs--PC commitment always trumps NPC.
If a character can reasonably be assumed to be alive and active during the era of the game in question, they will be available for play. For example--you could claim Princess Leia to use in our Rise of the Empire era game. She would not work in a game set during the Clone Wars, etc etc. Any characters that might straddle a subjective line between eras will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the game's administration. Some characters have pretty definitive periods of when they were alive and active (Count Dooku, Han Solo) others are less so (Darth Maul, Boba Fett).
